She advises tech startups to public companies on the CCPA\, GDPR\, HIPAA and global data privacy and AI laws. Lily holds multiple certifications in information privacy and computer forensics\, and assists clients through the incident response and breach notification process. She is a regular contributor to the OC Lawyer and ABA publications\, and has been a speaker at the Wall Street Journal Cybersecurity Symposium\, California Lawyers Association\, and PrivSec Global. Lily Li has also been selected by the Daily Journal to its Top 40 Under 40 2026 list\, which recognizes California’s top rising lawyers under 40. \n  \n  \n  \nAmira Bucklin is an associate in Rutan’s Intellectual Property practice\, focusing on data privacy\, cybersecurity\, and technology law.
