This month we are delighted to host Mr. William C. Rooklidge who will be talking about the recent developments in patent law. \n  \nSpeaker \nA bit about Mr. William C. Rooklidge: He is currently a partner in the Orange County office of Gibson\, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully handled many significant intellectual property cases in the federal district courts and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He has authored 65 patent law publications\, including both editions of the Federal Judicial Center’s Compensatory Damages Issues in Patent Infringement Cases. He has also served as the President of the Orange County Intellectual Property Law Association\, President of the American Intellectual Property Law Association\, and Founding Master of the Howard T. Markey Inn of Court. He was recently listed in The Legal 500 and has been selected by the Southern California legal community for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2006.
