Charlene’s clients include both iconic brands and emerging companies in entertainment and content\, software\, gaming\, apparel and footwear\, and consumer goods. \nCharlene’s work includes guiding clients through complex IP transactions and providing IP specialist support on M&A transactions. On the enforcement side\, Charlene has extensive experience representing clients in TTAB proceedings\, in federal court litigation\, and in managing cross-border IP disputes. \nPrior to forming her own boutique firm in 2016\, Charlene practiced in the intellectual property groups at Greenberg Traurig LLP and Steptoe & Johnson LLP.
